With Christmas only a few days away I know many are feeling the unfortunate stress the holidays can bring.
I hesitate to put one more thing on your list, but I feel is important.
Take time to LAUGH.
You don’t need a lecture about the benefits of laughter, we all know the proven physical and mental health benefits laughter provides.
But sometimes, we do need a REMINDER (and maybe permission?) to just be silly and LAUGH.
